Perched on the Sun & Moon terrace and surrounded by nature, Niko Al Fresco offers a refined take on traditional Japanese cuisine, with sweeping views of the sea and the mountains of Cala Llonga.

THE MENU

The menu celebrates Japanese flavors with a seasonal, local twist. Highlights include the soft-shell crab bao with house pickles, yellow chili sauce, and shiso leaf, and the miso-glazed black cod, a guest favorite. Every dish is a harmonious fusion of technique, flavor, and visual artistry.
